Today I introduce Derf; the sleeping version of me that comes up with fantastic ideas.

Derf’s latest idea was to have bus buddies for the trip to Emporia my soccer team will be taking on Friday!

Not only will Derf’s idea show my players the importance of acknowledgement and acceptance, but it will build team unity as well!
